This is a guideline to follow for vampires there will be a list also available of powers that have been created by others that we have accepted.
(01.) Not all vampires have the same abilities. Its quite rare for vampires to have the same power so look at the list of powers we have accepted and there will be parenthesis beside it like this (0/10) , (1/10) , (2/10) , (3/10) , (4/10) , (5/10) This is to show how many vampires or humans have the powers at the time max vampires that can have a certain power are five. So its best to choose one that has a lower number if you want to ensure you get it. If a canon character has a power on the list the 0 will be multiplied according to how many vampires have this power. Even if the positions for the canon are still open this will be done because well they have right to the power.
